Terms & Conditions - the basics

Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC

By using the services of Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Policy

All services require payment in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. No work, appointments, or consultations will be performed until payment has been received.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC are non-refundable. Once a service is scheduled or performed, payments cannot be refunded.

3. Mobile & Online Notary Appointments

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel a scheduled mobile or online notarization appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.

  • Clients may reschedule one time without penalty if the request is made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment.

Clients are responsible for having valid identification and completed documents ready at the time of the appointment.

4. Tax Preparation Services

A tax preparation consultation fee is required prior to scheduling a tax consultation.

  • The consultation fee is non-refundable.

  • If the client chooses Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC to prepare their tax return, the consultation fee will be applied toward the total tax preparation cost.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information and documentation required to prepare tax filings.

5. Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping services are provided on a monthly service basis.

  • Monthly service fees will continue until the client provides written cancellation notice.

  • Clients may request a spreadsheet or report detailing hours worked and services performed at any time.

6. Virtual Assistant Services

Virtual assistant services are also billed on a monthly service fee basis.

  • Services will continue until canceled by the client in writing.

  • Clients may request a record of hours worked and tasks completed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, documentation, and timely communication necessary to complete services. Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a request violates legal requirements, ethical standards, or professional guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC is not liable for damages, penalties, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client, missed deadlines due to client delay, or misuse of completed documents.

Agreement

Please be aware upon agreeing to be a part of the Mentoring  program you will be asked to agree to this NDA. By checking the box provided in your payment agreement.  You are agreeing to all the terms listed below.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Between Polished Pages Mobile Notary & Virtual Services LLC aka Sara Ann Reed (“Mentor”) and Student (“Participant”)

1. Purpose

This Agreement is intended to protect the confidentiality of training materials, educational resources, and any client or business information shared during the course of study, training sessions, or related activities. By signing this Agreement, the Participant agrees to respect and protect the Mentor’s intellectual property and the privacy of clients.

2. Confidential Information

For the purpose of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

  • Educational and training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, slides, recordings, and resources.

  • Proprietary processes, techniques, or methods shared by the Instructor.

  • Client information, including names, contact details, case details, or any other sensitive data disclosed for learning purposes.

  • Any discussions, demonstrations, or examples provided in class or training sessions.

3. Participant’s Obligations

The Participant agrees to:

  1. Not share, copy, or distribute educational or training materials without the Instructor’s written consent.

  2. Keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

  3. Use the materials and information solely for personal learning purposes and not for teaching, resale, or competitive purposes.

  4. Exercise reasonable care in safeguarding all Confidential Information.

4. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include:

  • Information that is publicly available at the time of disclosure.

  • Information independently developed by the Participant without reference to the Mentor’s materials.

  • Information that must be disclosed by law (with prior notice to the Instructor, if permitted).

5. Ownership

All educational and training materials remain the sole property of the Mentor. No transfer of ownership or license is implied by this Agreement.

6. Duration

This Agreement remains in effect for two (2) years from the date signed below, or as long as the Participant has access to the Mentor’s materials, whichever is longer.

7. Acknowledgment

By signing this Agreement, the Participant confirms that they understand and agree to the terms outlined above. The Participant acknowledges that unauthorized sharing or misuse of Confidential Information may result in removal from the program and/or legal action.
